Pattern

After the designer finishes the design, they will submit the design draft, which includes "renderings, special production techniques, and surface and lining materials", to the plate room for production. The pattern staff will then create the garment patterns based on the design requirements.

Cutting

Using automatic cutting machines and high-speed computer cutting, the fabric, lining, and padding materials will be cut into various-sized garment pieces according to the requirements of the paper patterns.

Sewing

A garment is divided into several different processes, and multiple groups of workers will sew it in sequence. One person will only complete the sewing work for one process, ensuring the quality of each process and the entire garment.

Confirming the finished product

As soon as the finished product is ready, it will be confirmed with the customer through pictures and videos to check if the details are properly made. If there are any differences, they can be changed again until the customer is satisfied.

Shipping and Quotation

After the sample is approved by the customer, it will be sent to the customer using the fastest shipping method, and the bulk garment style will be quoted based on the customer's size and quantity requirements.

Bulk production

After the sample is approved by the customer, the individual sample clothes made in the layout room will be reviewed for fabric, process, and pattern. Once confirmed to be correct, mass production will be carried out to ensure that each mass garment is the same as the sample.

Quality control

After each process is completed, a dedicated person will conduct inspection. Unqualified items will not proceed to the next process. After the garment production is completed, quality inspection will be carried out to ensure that each garment is a high-quality product.

Packaging

After the main label and tag with the customer's brand logo are sewing, each garment will be packed separately, and the final total number of bulk garments, box quantity, and weight, etc. of the transportation information will be confirmed with the customer.
